VARC provides fixed travel support to ensure cost isn’t a barrier to joining the conference.

  • £120 Travel Support
    For attendees travelling and not requiring an overnight stay.

​

  • £400 Travel & Accommodation Support
    For attendees who need to stay overnight in order to attend.

​

Who can apply​

  • UK-based attendees​

  • Travel must be within the UK​​

  • You must be attending in person​

​

How it works

  1. Complete a short form

  2. We will contact you with whether your application is successful

  3. After the conference, sign a brief acceptance form.

  4. Funds are paid in one batch.

Allocation

Travel support is first-come, first-served.

Once the allocation has been reached, the form will close.
